Do you support both Apple and Android devices?
Yes — iPhone, iPad, MacBook, iMac, Apple Watch on the Apple side; Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, Motorola, OPPO and Android tablets on the Android side. We also pair smart watches, set up Google Drive / iCloud backups, migrate between iOS and Android, and handle the Apple-Watch-to-iPhone re-pairing that nobody likes doing alone.
Will you come to my house, or is it remote support only?
Both. The bulk of our work is on-site visits to Adelaide homes and small businesses — a real, police-checked technician at your door, Mon–Sat 9am–7pm. For quick fixes (password resets, simple setup questions) we'll do free phone or screen-share help so you don't pay for a visit you didn't need.
Is your tech support senior-friendly?
It's one of the things we're known for. No jargon, no scripts, no rushing. We sit down, explain what's happening in plain English, write things down on paper if it helps, and never make anyone feel silly for asking the same question twice. Many of our regulars are over 70.
Can you help me move data from my old phone to a new one?
Yes — iPhone-to-iPhone, Android-to-Android, iPhone-to-Android and Android-to-iPhone. We move photos, contacts, messages (where possible), WhatsApp history, banking app re-logins and 2FA reset. You watch us do it, so nothing leaves your sight.
