1. No Callout Fees are ever charged if you are within 50km of the Adelaide CBD or within a 25km radius of Gawler.

4. All Work is Guaranteed For 7 Days. (unless hardware warranty applies which may be longer of course).

You may have heard horror stories of people getting charged hundreds of dollars for repairs. Please do not worry. I don't go nuts and start charging like mad. I always Quote First, and then stick to that price. Sometimes it can take a while to fix issues as the timing can vary per job which is impossible to always predict. The price is always discussed before you pay. And nothing is paid until the job is completed.

Five rules apply to pricing for your benefit. Make the most of it.

1)  If I  turn up and its a reallty fast problem to fix (less than half hour): $50.00 inc gst
2)  Half an hour:  $75.00 inc gst
3)  1.0 Hour:         $149.00 inc gst
4)  Past one hour: Will talk With You First TO Make Sure You It's Affordable for You.
5) Remote Sessions:  $60.00 for about 30 minutes.

Q: What happens if the job goes a "small touch" or "a little" over an hour? Do i get charged more straight away?
A: No. We are not strict or nasty in that way. We do not sit there with a stopwatch to go to the "T" and then slug people if the time trickles a tiny amount over the hour. We are very easy going and try to keep the rates as low as possible.
 
Q: Is hardware extra?
A: Hardware prices vary and we tell you during our free quote session so there are no surprises.

Q: Is EFTPOS available?
 A: Absolutely. We carry and EFTPOS machine onboard.
