1. No Callout Fees are charged if you are within 50km of the Adelaide CBD or within a 15km radius of Gawler.

2. Free quotes with no obligation

3. No Fix - No Charge rules apply.

4. All Work is Guaranteed For 7 Days. (unless hardware warranty applies which is usually specified by the manufacturer.

You may have heard horror stories of people getting charged hundreds of dollars for repairs. Please do not worry. We don't go nuts and start charging like mad. We always Quote First, and then stick to that price. Sometimes it can take w while to fix issues as the timing can vary per job which is impossible to always predict. The price is always discussed before you paying.

Five rules apply to pricing for your benefit. Make the most of it.

1)  If we turn up and its a really fast problem to fix (less than half hour): $49.00 inc gst
2)  Half an hour:          $74.95 inc gst
3)  1.0 Hour:                 $149.00 inc gst
4)  Past one hour:       Please discuss with us if need be
5) Remote Sessions:  $49.95 per half Hour Blocks Inc gst.

Q: What happens if the job goes a "small touch" or "a little" over an hour? Do i get charged more straight away?
A: No. We are not strict or nasty in that way. We do not sit there with a stopwatch to go to the "T" and then slug people if the time trickles a tiny amount over the hour. We are very easy going and try to keep the rates as low as possible.
 
Q: Is hardware extra?
A: Hardware prices vary and we tell you during our free quote session so there are no surprises.

Q: Is EFTPOS available?
 A: Absolutely. We carry an EFTPOS machine onboard.
